IED left in the highway at Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao

SULTAN KUDARAT, Philippines - Improvised Explosive Device (IED) found and reported in PNP at Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao. After reporting to PNP that incident, bomb squad team and K9 unit response immediately to that area and confirmed that information is true.

IED identified by bomb squad unit is a "mortar" same IED used in Davao blast a week ago and was killed 14 people and left 71 wounded.
