TAGUIG CITY, Philippines - Suspected one foreigner arrested in buy-bust operation in his condominium in Taguig City 2PM yesterday. PNP identified the suspect "Raul Antonio Cisneros" U.S. Citizen and former Intelligence Officer of US Airforce.
PNP confiscate from "Cisneros" 1000 different kind of party drugs tablet and 40,000 pesos cash. Cineros, is one of the big time supplier of party drugs in night clubs and bars particularly in metro manila.
Meawhile, the statment of Cineros, according to his interview he has a Filipino protector to do this kind of activities.
