The Philippine Times ] 3 Liberian National arrested by NBI for black money scam in Makati City. NBI identified the suspect "John Coluños", "Ronald Clinton", and "Jun Copper".

Meanwhile, one of the suspect have U.S. Diplomatic Agent ID, but later NBI varified it is a fake.
Moreover, 1 Indian National (businessman) victimized by the suspects. They borrowed amounting 140, 000 pesos to buy chemical for cleaning to earn more millions of dollars.
The Indian National granted their request, but a few days ago the suspects want again another 1 million pesos but the Indian National had bad felling for that and he refused it, and later finally decide to file complain to NBI for verification of this kind of illegal activities.
