PNP CHIEF BATO ORDER, ARREST KERWIN ESPINOSA THE NO. 1 DRUGLORD IN EASTEARN VISAYAS

LEYTE, Philippines - When PNP Chief Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa arrived in Tacloban immediately gave statement about the case  of Kerwin Espinosa a number 1 Drug Lord in Eastern Visayas a son of Mayor of Albuera who voluntarily surrender earlier to the PNP and gave his statement about drug case related to his son.

As of now, Kerwin is still not yet surrender to the PNP as he promise before to PNP Chief Bato to voluntary surrender, but until now Kerwin still silent and hide to the PNP.

Some news said that Kerwin is already change his face appearance (Face transplant) but whatever, Gen. Bato order to Kerwin to surrender now because he was gave already an order to search and arrest him.
